Growing up, Coledias Wilson watched her mother and godmother sew beautiful gowns and marveled at how an outfit could completely change a person. For every special occasion, Coledias was adorned with her mother and godmother’s exquisite pieces, from debutante and prom gowns to a beautiful wedding gown. Each piece was one of a kind, and that’s where her love for fashion began.

 

Coledias now has an extensive vintage handbag collection that began with her love of “dress up.”  Coledias developed a passion for designing handbags when she took a sewing class and created a cross-body shoulder bag with a 3D embellishment. It was a revelation moment; handbags not only carry personal belongings, but they also make a statement. 

 

Coledias took her conceptual knowledge of sustainable fashion and combined it with her sense of style and creative talent. The COLEDIAS WILSON Handbag was born.
